Are the rules of music really that different around the world? Or is there something that music tries to say about all of us? Come and hear the racing dance rhythms of Argentinian tangos, the interwoven lines of a great Baroque sonata nearly lost in the bombing of Dresden, a Russian tone-painting inspired by the nuclear mysticism of Salvador DAli, brand new music composed by performer Edwin Culver himself (just by remixing the street sounds of modern China), and much, much more! And who knows, perhaps you’ll discover a part of the world you never knew existed, or maybe something about yourself that’s awakened by this resonant performance.
